We ensure our employees are working in safe and respectful conditions. Through our BILA meetings, employees get a space to speak one-on-one with a manager. These meetings allow us to communicate grievances or concerns in the workplace. Moreover, we provide a third-party advisor for our employees to speak to in situations of transgressive behaviour or other circumstances.
