To start the recruitment campaign, we had several interviews with Betabit developers and their HR department. To get to know them and find out more about why they choose to work at Betabit, what their online behaviour is, and which channels they use. With that information, we created several campaigns. From concept to design. We created LinkedIn campaigns, Google Discovery, and Google Search campaigns to attract .NET Developers and trainees for the Azure Talent Traineeship. We advised how to design and built the website to optimize conversion.
